We received our Tax Exempt Determination letter dated 03 JUN 2026 with an effective date of exemption of 19 MAY 2026 exempting us from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to our organization under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2016, or 2522. We are classified as a public charity.
